Alicia has more than 16 years of experience in the Sexual Intimacy Industry. Through her extensive work in the adult space, she has led many training programs teaching people about being sex-positive- an attitude towards human sexuality that regards all consensual adult sexual activities as fundamentally healthy and pleasurable, and encourages sexual pleasure and experimentation. As a Sex Positive Advocate, Sinclair recognizes that sexual wellbeing is an important facet of an overall healthy lifestyle.

In December 2015, Alicia earned the title of Sex Expert after having completed in-depth courses in sexology, clinical and coaching skills, and competency training from Sex Coach University, a program developed by Sex Coach pioneer and past AASCET President, Dr. Patti Britton. Alicia is a Certified Sex Educator, Certified Sexuality Coach, and is a member of the World Association of Sex Coaches. She is the instructor of the expert course Sex Toys in Today Market at Sexology University.

Alicia is the recipient of the 2017 XBIZ Exec Award for Businesswoman of the Year. An award that honors courage, ambition and drive to build or lead a thriving business, Sinclair is well known in the industry as encompassing all of the needed traits and demonstrated leadership to rise above and beyond in any challenge.

Tracy Felder’s journey into the pleasure products industry began more than a decade ago, playing a key role in bringing a high-end sexy lingerie brick-and-mortar retail store to Philadelphia in 2005. She continued to cultivate her entrepreneurial skills while selling the latest, sexiest styles to the local community, as well as dancers in Philadelphia’s premier gentlemen’s clubs; and built a reputation for upholding themost favorable customer relations with clients achieving goals beyond expectations.

Tracy broadened her horizons with a career in event production, during which she traveled to produce successful shows and conferences along the East Coast. Her credits include creating commercial content for WXTU’s Radio Anniversary Shows.

With her broad range of skills and dedication to open communication and spreading sex-positivity, Tracy returned to her adult retail roots. In 2017 she opened a chic adult boutique in Philadelphia that allowed her to merge the best of both of the industries that she’s worked in to offer a venue that hosts sex education classes, couples’ mixers, and even yoga class- which would often be found as a traveling pop-up shop in many of Philly's top expos and conventions.

On a mission to spread her sex-positive skills at a national level, Tracy’s career path has led her to COTR, Inc., where she serves as a product trainer/brand ambassador. Working alongside company founder and CEO Alicia Sinclair, Tracy is proud to represent the female-led manufacturer of cutting-edge premium pleasure product brands. With her sights set on promoting sexual wellness, self-care, and acceptance of all gender identities and sexualities, Tracy’s future goals include becoming a certified sex educator. Tracy believes that by embracing oneself sexually and sharing that with a partner(s) is the key to a happy sex life. Her motto is: "Share, love, give … and receive unlimited pleasure!"

Kimberly Scott Faubel began her career on the retail side, or as she likes to call it, “the other side of the counter” of the pleasure industry in 2003. It was immediately apparent to her that she had found her home in the pleasure product industry. She quickly climbed the professional ladder of a chain of adult stores in Central Pennsylvania and organized monthly special events that catered to all walks of life, while maintaining the district manager position until she relocated to Las Vegas, NV in 2011. Once again, Kimberly found herself assisting clients with their most intimate desires, in a sex-positive company, that blossomed into the opportunity to help create and sell the very products she was endorsing.

In the summer of 2015, Kimberly moved to Los Angeles, CA to help launch a new pleasure products brand. In this hands-on position, she learned that nothing can be overlooked when you want to do something the right way and anything worth having will take time and consideration. Her career has afforded her the opportunity to utilize her passion for writing and marketing while she traveled and connected with people that were in the very same position that brought her to where she is today.

Kimberly could not be more thrilled to work at COTR- a dynamic team of sex-positive and inclusive people. She hopes to continue to inspire the pleasure-products’ retail warriors with direct outreach and a passion that never waivers. By working in this special realm of sexual and sensual health, she’s found confidence in herself and her personal growth has only helped her in her professional life. As Sales Director, Kimberly will be able to nurture the relationships with COTR’s retailers and contribute to a booming business while connecting with the very foundation of sexual health and wellness.

As the recipient of XBIZ’s 2019 Community Figure of the Year award, Kimberly has and will always put inclusion and sex-positivity at the forefront of her endeavors. This business is not about gender, it’s about wellness and pleasure, and she’s incredibly proud to be at home with the COTR team who feels the same way.

He is an experienced customer service assistant, product reviewer, troubleshooter, and public speaker. Folks who have attended his workshops over the years have described him as fun, educational, and inviting.
